I had an issue with Intune on hybrid‑joined devices, the devices were showing up with the wrong MDM authority.
Microsoft Office 365
Microsoft Entra Devices:
At the hybrid devices, I was receiving a series of errors. After some investigation, I was able to identify the issue and update the MDM authority. This occurred because the tenant was created a long time ago when the default MDM was Microsoft Office 365.

Choose MDM Authority - Microsoft Intune admin center
After making this change, the devices started showing up correctly, with Intune listed as the MDM.
