These are the steps to configure the MailTip for external contact on Exchange Online.
In the exchange online:
Set-OrganizationConfig -MailTipsExternalRecipientsTipsEnable $true
Create a contact:
In the PowerShell create a custom MailTip:
Set-MailContact -Identity "Maykon Gmail" -MailTip "Please! Check if this is the right USER"
In the Outlook, create a new message and select the contact:
