Web Deploy Error

 I tried to publish using Visual Studio and I got this error:

Error: The configuration section 'system.webServer/management/delegation' cannot be read because it is missing schema

When I tried to open the Management Service on IIS I got this error:

Filename: \\?\C:\Windows\system32\inetsrv\config\administration.config

Error: The configuration section 'system.webServer/management/delegation' cannot be read because it is missing schema

Solution:

For me when I removed the Web Deploy and install it again the issue was solved.
